The fennel is a wild plant that Doriana has started to learn more about in recent years. She felt its aroma in several varieties of tea over time, but what left her speechless and helped her imprint the scent of its flowers in her olfactory memory was when she found it in Italy's countryside. From that moment on, she always managed to guess its aroma among so many smells of herbs.

We love it because it transports us to the wild Mediterranean places that are so dear to us.
