Catrinel's multidisciplinary approach finds its roots in science and philosophy, whilst the making, quite experimental, is oriented towards material exploration.
Catrinel’s work is driven by her interests in perception&movement. The themes she tackles most are time perception, entropy, light, and nature.
Through her interactive objects, she designs experiences that challenge perception.

ONNDA is a family of objects that embody dichroic effects. The material casts a spectrum of shadow and reflections. The objects aim to capture the aery beauty of ever-changing lightscapes. The shape used, the circle, is a primordial form, just like the primordial elements that shape the collection.
