room21 was born from our desire to investigate objects and histories that define the local identity.

Over the past 3 years, we discovered, promoted and sold products from small factories and workshops that develop local, sustainable goods, objects that tell stories and intrigue, objects that speak about intangible heritage and about circular economy.

For a few months now, we took a working break (as you may have noticed) both from
the physical and online store and from events and SM because we want to dedicate time and thoughts to plan a series of larger projects that will approach topics such as heritage immaterial in contemporary design, dissonant heritage, the relationship we have with recent history and how we relate to local objects.

We are therefore preparing many ambitious projects, we are working on it. Stay tuned!
